Two amendments to the TJCSA Bylaws have been proposed by the Bylaws Committee and approved by the Executive Committee to be placed before the voting membership at the August 17, 2016 Business Meeting at 9:00 am.
2016 TJCSA Bylaw recommended changes:
Article V – Executive Committee
Section 1. The Executive Committee shall consist of President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer, immediate Past President, and three persons from each grand division of the State, and one Board of Trustee member from each grand division of the State.
Article XIII – Board of Trustees
Section 2. The Board of Trustees shall act in an advisory capacity to the President and the Executive Committee. Board of Trustees shall have three voting privileges at each Executive Committee meeting.
