The Park Vista is now registering conference attendees at overflow hotels

Don’t be alarmed, if you have not already made your reservations at The Park Vista in Gatlinburg for the 31st Annual Joint Conference on Juvenile Justice.

The hotel has advised us that all three hundred (300) rooms on the immediate property of The Park Vista have been reserved by TJCSA members and that they will now be arranging your room accommodations at some of their neighboring affiliate properties in Gatlinburg.

Currently overflow guests will be registered at either the Bearskin Lodge and the Old Creek Lodge, both located on River Road in Gatlinburg, TN. All of the overflow rooms include a king-size bed, breakfast, wireless internet, parking and satellite television. The Park Vista will be making arrangements for shuttle service to and from the affiliate properties for our conference attendees staying off-site.

TJCSA conference attendees may make reservations at either of the overflow properties online using the following links (Note: enter “TN” in the Access Code/IATA blank on the form once it loads):

You may also contact the overflow hotels directly by phone, if you need to arrange for tax-exemption with the following phone numbers, and advise them that you are with the “TN Juvenile Court Services” group:

In the event that the Bearskin Lodge and Oak Creek Lodge reach capacity, don’t worry. The Park Vista has several other neighboring affiliate properties in Gatlinburg at which additional overflow guests can be registered. In case our turnout for the conference increases to that extent, you may contact The Park Vista directly at (865) 436-9211 for assistance in arranging accommodations.

Given the response at this early stage, we are expecting a great turnout in Gatlinburg for the 31st Annual Joint Conference on Juvenile Justice. We look forward to seeing everyone in the heart of the beautiful Great Smoky Mountains on August 3-6th!
