The Honorable Jack Hestle
December 5, 1942 – December 18, 2008
Judge Jack Hestle, Montgomery County Juvenile Court and General Sessions Jude, Division One, passed away December 18, 2008. Judge Hestle was a member of the First Baptist Church where he had taught special needs Sunday school class, a Member of the Montgomery County Bar Association, and the Clarksville-Montgomery County Humane Society. He became licensed to practice law in 1968 and served as the District Attorney General from 1974 until 1982 before becoming a presiding Judge. Judge Hestle was well respected and touched the lives of many with his generosity and kindness. He will be missed by his family, many friends, and colleagues.
