Contact Nika Anderson by phone (423) 209-5202 or email: tim@mottandmott.net by January 15, 2010 with your name and whether or not you plan to stay any additional nights other than Thursday, February 4, 2010, which the association is paying for. If no communication is received regarding room reservations we will assume you do not plan to attend. If you have a cancellation, you must call Nika Anderson before January 29, 2010. Do not call the hotel. It is imperative to let Nika know as the hotel will bill the association for the cost of the room even if it is empty, and you will have to reimburse the association for the cost of the room.
